As a Delivery Manager at Latecoere, you will be responsible for ensuring that Latecoere’s innovative Product Delivery Model (Order to Delivery) meets the user needs and the outcomes agreed between Latecoere and the client, whilst ensuring our delivery follows good governance and quality standards. You will empower and support Latecoere teams to perform well, learn, and grow in a manner that is consistent with Latecoere’s company values. You will leverage successful delivery and strong client relationships to explore opportunities to win follow-on business with existing customers.

You Will Also:

  • Build and maintain constructive and collaborative relationships with the client, other suppliers, and third-party stakeholders.
  • Motivate and empower teams to create a positive and creative culture for our people to perform well, learn, and grow.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a small number of staff, with a focus on managing employee performance and professional growth.
  • Leverage successful delivery and strong client relationships to explore opportunities to win follow-on business with existing customers & support future growth by working closely with Programs, Account Leads & Account Management teams, assisting where required with the sales/procurement cycle to best position Latecoere to win profitably new business.
  • Support several local site programs in support of various divisions (Mesh, Surface treatment, etc.).
  • Understand critical success factors for the project (beyond the traditional measures: on time, on budget, and to agreed scope) and ensure each work stream has a plan in place to achieve these success factors.
  • Be responsible for achieving or exceeding KPI targets plus accurate and timely forecasting and reporting of KPI’s (revenue, OTD, past dues, recovery, staffing, work in progress, etc.).
  • Effectively manage program risks and issues, escalating where appropriate.
  • Address raw material shortages requiring alternative materials or escalation with any customer/excluding Flex & Mesh.
  • Manage demand, retrieve PO from EXOSTAR or other customers, and enter into BAAN.
  • Perform FAS Reconciliation for all programs / PM to request DMR from Boeing and flow down to PDM. Anything associated with Revenue will be PM.
  • Handle daily invoicing and reporting: communicate day-to-day delivery plans and compliance to customer demand.
  • Identify and escalate supply chain or operational risks to ensure appropriate actions are taken to resolve them.
  • Identify exceptions impacting delivery that require customer and/or cross-functional coordination and escalate to the Program Manager.
  • Take in sales demand from customers and enter SO into the MRP.
  • Manage the EDI system to ensure all customer orders are correctly captured – report out & resolve nonconforming orders.
  • Distribute the monthly ESPM report as requested by Mike.
  • Provide weekly updates on finance past due orders.
  • Maintain Program LOBs for WWF & Spoiler lines.
  • Handle NCRs for each program/Returns.
  • Manage CGD (Controlled Goods Security Assessment Applications).
  • Have responsibility for staffing teams and assist with recruitment activities to enable stable organizational growth.
