Job summary

Insight Global seeks an experienced Project Manager / Delivery Lead to support a large Canadian insurance organization in Calgary or Toronto, on-site. The role drives a multi-year Talent Strategy across five pillars, delivering governance, roadmaps, and change management for HR, workforce planning, and digital capability initiatives.

The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, facilitate governance, and ensure resources, approvals, communications and training plans are in place to

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Project/Program Management experience.
• HR transformation, talent strategy, or workforce planning experience.
• 2+ years of Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience.
• Experience with strategic planning and program delivery.
• Strong facilitation, leadership skills and executive stakeholder management.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide people and process transformation initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and execution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination and delivery of strategic initiatives across five pillars: Attract, Grow, Engage & Retain, Organize and Plan.
• Coordinate stakeholders, facilitate planning sessions, manage roadmaps and risk across programs.
• Support change management, communications and training plans to drive adoption.
• Translate high-level strategy into actionable, measurable outcomes with governance.
• Partner with HR leadership, IT, learning and business stakeholders to drive execution.
