Job summary

TC Energy is seeking a Senior HR Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide HR initiatives and transformation programs. You will partner with senior HR leaders to shape delivery strategies, governance, and resource planning, driving sustainable outcomes across the organization.

The role requires strategic judgment, executive communication, and a consultative approach to navigate complexity and deliver value, with a hybrid work model for eligible office-based roles in Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience leading complex projects, programs, or transformation initiatives.
• PMP or another relevant project management certification.
• Experience delivering HR, workforce, organizational, technology, or change-related initiatives in a large corporate environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives from strategy and planning through implementation, adoption, and transition to operations.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and provide recommendations on highly complex project, governance, organizational, and delivery matters.
• Exceptional stakeholder leadership skills with senior leaders, executives, and cross-functional partners.
• Executive communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead highly complex, enterprise-wide HR projects and transformation initiatives from strategy and planning through implementation, adoption, and transition to operations.
• Define delivery strategies, scope, objectives, success measures, governance, decision rights, resourcing approaches, and deliverables in partnership with senior leaders and executives.
• Develop and direct integrated project and program plans accounting for interdependencies, capacity, sequencing, and priority.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and constraints in evolving environments.
• Provide recommendations to senior leaders on governance, organizational, and delivery matters.
• Create governance and executive materials that enable transparency and timely decisions.
• Influence alignment across all levels and translate workforce needs into actionable plans.
• Act as strategic advisor navigating organizational dynamics and execution challenges with enterprise impact.
• Identify trends and opportunities across HR projects to inform prioritization and resource decisions.
• Lead design, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR project delivery practices and portfolio governance.
• Provide thought leadership and coaching to project managers and leads to strengthen capability across HR.
• Partner with HR Change Management to embed change, readiness, adoption, and sustainability in delivery.
