Save-On-Foods in Surrey, BC is hiring Delivery Drivers to join our fast-paced online shopping fulfillment team. You will deliver groceries in a van, provide outstanding customer service, and help ensure accurate, timely deliveries from store to door.

The role requires a valid BC Class 5 license, a clean driving record, and comfort using GPS and mobile tech while serving customers in all weather. We offer training, stable hours, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Serving It Right certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries using a van and provide first-class service.
• Coordinate with online shopping team to handle returns and refunds.
• Meet operational standards for Online Shopping Department.
• Drive safely and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Delivering groceries in a fully equipped van and providing exceptional customer-first service.
• Working with the online shopping team and customer service center to resolve customer service recovery situations involving returns, refunds, etc.
• Achieving operational standards for the Online Shopping Department.
• Operating the delivery vehicle safely adhering to the rules of the road.
• Maintaining the delivery vehicle to a high standard of cleanliness and roadworthiness.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• A valid, full class 5 provincial driver’s license from BC.
• A clean driver’s abstract.
• A current Serving It Right certification or willing to obtain.
• Experience in a customer service-related role.
• A strong work ethic and “let’s get it done” attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical duties including prolonged sitting, bending, climbing, and pushing.
• Must be able to travel and make deliveries throughout the day and evening in all weather conditions.
• Proficiency in using mobile technology, including GPS applications and smartphones.
