Job summary

Save-On-Foods is hiring a Delivery Driver in Quesnel, BC. You will deliver groceries in a van, ensuring exceptional customer service and on-time arrivals.

You will work with the online shopping team, resolve issues, and uphold safety and vehicle standards. Lifting up to 40 pounds and travel throughout the day apply, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service-related role.
• Valid, full BC Class 5 driver’s license and clean abstract.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical duties.
• Proficient with mobile technology including GPS apps.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries in a fully equipped van and provide customer-first service.
• Operate the delivery vehicle safely and follow road rules.
• Assist online shopping team with order resolution and service recovery.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and roadworthiness; perform other duties as assigned.

Just show up and drive!We are hiring for a Delivery Driver at our Save-On-Foods location in Quesnel, BC.You will be responsible for:Delivering groceries in a fully equipped van and providing exceptional customer-first service.Working with the online shopping team and customer service center to resolve customer service recovery situations involving returns, refunds, etc.Achieving operational standards for the Online Shopping Department.Operating the delivery vehicle safely adhering to the rules of the road.Maintaining the delivery vehicle to a high standard of cleanliness and roadworthiness.Other duties as assigned.You have:A valid, full class 5 provincial driver’s license from BC.A clean driver’s abstract.Experience in a customer service-related role.A strong work ethic and “let’s get it done” attitude.Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical duties including prolonged sitting, bending, climbing, and pushing.
