Canadian Linen and Uniform Service seeks a Customer Service Representative in Toronto, Ontario who thrives in a fast-paced mix of delivery, driving and sales. You will deliver and pickup rental items, ensure accurate orders, collect payments, and build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a clean driving record, and proven experience in customer service and delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record (Driver's Abstract).
• Experience in physically demanding roles with heavy lifting.
• Proven experience in customer service, sales and delivery services.
• Punctual work attendance is essential.
• Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to lift 25 lbs and occasionally 50+ lbs; bending and reaching.

Responsibilities

• Navigate delivery routes, ensure timely and safe deliveries.
• Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle and equipment; report issues.
• Load vehicle with accuracy; address shortfalls before departure.
• Deliver and pickup uniforms, linens and other rental items.
• Confirm quantities, review inventories, and organize storage areas.
• Secure electronic signatures for invoices and collect payments.
• Maintain rapport with customer contacts and seek feedback.
• Collaborate with manager on cross-selling opportunities.
• Unload returns, report vehicle accidents or malfunctions promptly.
• Reconcile delivery data and uphold company standards.
