Delivery Associate I

DESCRIPTION

Responsible for the timely delivery of our coffee and related products to our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver coffee, beverages, and related products to customers on an assigned route (approximately 15 deliveries per day)
• Monitor customer inventory levels and process replenishment orders to maintain appropriate stock levels
• Perform preventive cleaning and basic equipment maintenance / troubleshooting to reduce service calls and ensure equipment operates properly. Escalate technical concerns when required
• Build strong relationships with customers and identify opportunities to support sales initiatives
• Maintain a safe work environment by following all company policies, procedures, and legislative requirements
• Assist with warehouse operations as needed, including receiving, unloading, picking, loading, and organizing inventory
• Complete delivery, inventory, and service documentation accurately using company systems and mobile applications
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the line manager

Total Rewards:

CAD $41,900.00 - $52,624.00 annually.

Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors. Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma preferred;
• 1 year in similar driving/delivery role;
• Valid Driver's License and clean drivers abstract.

COMPETENCIES

• Bilingualism in concerned provinces;
• Strong communication skills;
• Strong customer service skills;
• Computer literacy including knowledge of email, Microsoft Office Suite, Internet. Applications, and inventory control software;
• Ability to handle a physically demanding job with heavy lifting (up to 50lbs).
