Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Canada is hiring a Senior Technical Associate in Mississauga, Ontario. You will be responsible for the installation, setup, repair and ongoing maintenance of VHCS equipment while ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction and beverage quality.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma is required.
  • 3–5 years in a similar technical role.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with electronics/plumbing/electrical experience.

Responsibilities

  • Install machines at customer locations.
  • Maintain adequate parts levels in the truck for repairs.

We’re looking for a roll‑up‑your‑sleeves person to join our team and build a career as a Senior Technical Associate in Mississauga, Ontario.

Description

Responsible for the installation, set‑up, repair and ongoing maintenance of VHCS equipment while assuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and beverage quality.

Responsibilities
  • Service and maintain customer equipment;
  • Travel to and from customer locations to troubleshoot and fix equipment;
  • Install machines at customer locations;
  • Maintain adequate parts levels in the truck for equipment repairs.

This list is not exhaustive. Any other related duties as may be assigned by the line manager.

Total Rewards

CAD $49,900.00 - $59,488.00 annually.

Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors. Benefits, subject to eligibility: medical, dental, disability, life insurance, paid time off (including vacation and personal time), RRSP with company match, tuition reimbursement, employee and family assistance program, and coffee discount.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma;
  • 3 to 5 years in similar technical role;
  • Strong mechanical aptitude – previous electronic/plumbing/electrical experience.
Competencies
  • Bilingualism in concerned provinces;
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driver's abstract;
  • Basic computer skills;
  • Strong communication (verbal, written) and customer-service skills;
  • Ability to handle a physically demanding job with heavy lifting (up to 50lbs).
