The ideal candidate has PAB (DEP) and PDSB training, strong teamwork, empathy, and reliability. Uniforms are provided and a comprehensive benefits program is offered.

Purpose of the position

The Le Dufferin residence located in Valleyfield is currently looking for a Beneficiary Attendant, empathetic and concerned about the well-being of residents. The attendant sees to the comfort, safety and general needs of residents by providing them with hygiene and comfort care. Permanent full-time position, night shift, 36 hours per week, 12 or 8 hour shift from 8 to 8 , every other weekend. HIRING BONUS Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

• Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around
• Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations
• Proactively assist and support the residents
• Adhere to standards and regulations in accordance with private seniors' home certification and employer policies
• In collaboration with the different teams, carry out health and hygienic care to the residents while maintaining their dignity and integrity .
• Respond to all emergency situations
• Notify the nurse and/or the person in charge of health services of any changes observed in the state of health of the residents
