Job summary

Bird Construction seeks a Proposal Coordinator for Buildings East to support government bids and pursuit activity across Canada, with preference for Edmonton, AB, and a Calgary, AB office option.

You will coordinate content, manage RFPQ/RFP timelines, and collaborate with the Defence Proposal Team to ensure compliant, compelling submissions while maintaining consistency with Bird’s standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing/communications or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proposal creation experience for government-related projects in sales/BD/marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposal preparation and submission, read and distribute RFPQ/RFP information.
• Centralize and standardize RFP content; set deadlines and manage submissions.
• Draft tailored content with Defence Proposal Team and manage technical content accurately.
