Job summary

Marshall Land Systems in Moncton, NB is seeking a Technical Training Specialist to develop, deliver, and administer technical training programs for customer projects and internal staff. Qualifications

5 years military experience or equivalent education in a related field.

Commitment to delivering excellence and continuous improvement.
Knowledge of project management and military publications.

Responsibilities

Analyze training needs and formulate project plans for education activities.
Design, develop, and deliver education/training programs.
Coordinate with stakeholders to endorse outcomes and QA training products.
Develop standards for training environments and ensure alignment with quality requirements.
Deliver training to staff and customer audiences, including coaching and mentoring.
Plan and execute training events and validate assimilation of learning.
Manage training budgets and oversee implementation of processes.
Support education/ training projects across programs.
