Job summary

Lockheed Martin Canada Inc. in Halifax is seeking a Naval Training SME to lead the analysis, design, development, scheduling, integration and delivery of training products for domestic and international programs, including RC Navy training. You will work with Naval Operations SMEs to ensure training solutions meet high standards.

The role involves guiding training teams, mentoring instructors, and supporting IT&E and CT events in simulated environments, with travel to locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Provide naval SME input into analysis, design and delivery of training products and services.
• Support scheduling of training events and inter-program support for staff.
• Provide classroom instruction and mentoring to naval instructors and students.
• Lead continuous improvement activities in training programs.
• Support roles as Warfare Commander in simulator environments as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead training teams across disciplines and products to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to ensure training solutions meet high standards.
• Coordinate IT&E and Collective Training events in simulated environments.
• Develop lesson plans and scenario integrations for naval training.
• Travel to locations as required to support program delivery.
