Job summary

PwC Canada is seeking a Deals, Real Assets, Manager to lead infrastructure and project finance advisory engagements, developing financial models and conducting market analyses. The role focuses on client relationships and teamwork across multiple engagements.

You will mentor Associates, contribute to client reports, and drive business development while staying current on market trends across Canada’s infrastructure sector.

Qualifications

• Strong finance background with project finance/infrastructure advisory or investing experience.
• Experience in consulting, lending, sponsoring, developing, investing, or government agency is a plus.
• Proven financial modeling expertise for infrastructure projects.
• Forecasting and cash-flow analysis experience.
• Infrastructure sector experience encouraged but not required.
• Post-graduate degree or professional designation preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg/Capital IQ or similar platforms is an asset.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to learn new tools and analytics approaches.
• Strong communication skills with leadership and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute infrastructure and project finance advisory engagements across asset types.
• Develop, review, and oversee complex financial models for project financing.
• Perform financial, commercial, and market analyses related to infrastructure projects.
• Stay current on Canadian infrastructure market developments and advisory opportunities.
• Build and maintain client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Coach Associates and Senior Associates across engagements.
• Contribute to client reports, deliverables, and information memorandums.
• Lead business development: proposals, pitch decks, marketing materials.
• Collaborate across teams in a fast-paced delivery environment.
