Compensation: $45,000 – $53,000 per year

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reconcile and remit payments to suppliers;
• Pay bank when vehicles are sold;
• Process daily deposit, as required;
• Calculate and/or reconcile sales commissions, as required;
• Process bank reconciliation and journal entries as required;
• Use and maintain reporting in Microsoft Excel;
• Other accounting responsibilities that may arise.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Proficient in Excel;
• The ability to work independently and as a part of a team;
• Strong organizational and listening skills;
• Knowledge of PBS is an asset.
