Job summary

OpenRoad Auto Group in Vancouver area is seeking an Assistant Manager, Financial Systems & Data at our Head Office to lead data governance and financial systems initiatives, turning data into actionable insights for the business.

You will collaborate across departments, ensure compliance with corporate policies, and support a culture of learning and ownership. This full-time role offers a $100k compensation and comprehensive benefits, growth opportunities, and a strong team environment.

Qualifications

• Mastery of data management and ability to convey information and insights.
• Good interpersonal skills to communicate with others and to understand their requirements.
• Ability to work effectively with all organization levels while maintaining professionalism.
• Strong computer skills (internet & MS Office) with ability to maintain records using computerized systems.
• Effective communication and sound decision-making within job functions.
• A valid British Columbia Driver’s License with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Set goals for each month’s productivity; plan and organize how to reach those objectives.
• Follow all processes and procedures for compliance with Corporate policies and expectations.
• Attend department meetings as required.
• Follow company safety policies and report any accidents to a Manager/Supervisor.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
