Job Description:
We're looking for a DC Supply Clerk who enjoys variety in their day and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. In this role, you'll manage inventory levels, coordinate purchase orders, and ensure accurate data entry in Oracle-all while working closely with cross-functional teams. You'll play a key part in keeping our distribution center running smoothly, with opportunities to contribute to special projects and year-end inventory. What You'll Do:
- Monitor supply requirements, usage, and trends to maintain optimal inventory levels during both peak and regular seasons.
- Coordinate purchase orders across departments, manage supply distribution throughout the DC, and ensure accurate Oracle entries for requisitions, deliveries, and invoices.
- Partner with Purchasing Specialists and internal teams to provide weekly updates on supply usage and assist with replenishment planning.
- Maintain Oracle compliance with Finance guidance, support year-end inventory, and contribute to special projects as needed.
About You:
- Minimum high school education required; at least one year of experience in supplies, purchase orders, or inventory control preferred. Distribution center or retail experience is an asset.
- Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to work independently and interpret information accurately.
- Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external partners, with excellent customer service skills to address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Proficient in data entry, Microsoft Office, and accounting systems (e.g., Oracle). Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and operate material handling equipment such as pump trucks, carts, and ladders.
