NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a Warranty Clerk in Toronto to manage returns and warranties, enhancing processing times and accuracy. The ideal candidate has automotive aftermarket experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a collaborative environment. This role is essential for maintaining effective inventory management and customer satisfaction.
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Warranty Clerk is responsible for processing returns, warranties and transfers. The objective of this role is to improve returns and warranties processing times, accuracy, and completion rates in effort to remove non-moving product, ultimately allowing our stores to receive upgraded inventory & be first to market with the latest moving product.
