Job summary

Dayforce is seeking an Implementation Consultant to participate in the full implementation lifecycle, from discovery to go-live support, under the Project Manager. You will gather requirements, configure the Dayforce solution, and guide associates.

The role may include Organizational Readiness work and requires strong communication and collaboration across clients and teams. Hybrid/remote options available; travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in human capital management software consulting.
• Experience with SaaS/Cloud HRIS deployments and HRIS modules.
• Strong communication, organization and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Document and validate customer requirements and map to Dayforce functionality.
• Configure Dayforce to meet documented requirements.
• Lead or participate in consulting sessions and document outcomes.
• Provide status updates in internal project meetings.
• Develop SQL scripts and XML transformers for integrations.
• Act as a go-to resource for functional areas for internal and external users.
• Support organizational readiness activities for rollout.
