Job summary

Lyft is seeking a Business Systems Lead for Payroll & Time within People Technology to own the Dayforce migration across multiple countries. You will partner with the systems integrator or Dayforce services to translate policy into technical requirements, validate builds, and drive cutover and steady-state configuration.

This role sits in CEIT and partners with Payroll Ops, HR, Legal, and Finance. You will ensure compliance, manage risks, and advocate for accurate pay rules across markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payroll and/or time tracking systems with the ability to direct and validate external delivery partners
• Experience owning vendor-delivered implementations and translating policy into clear requirements
• Strong understanding of multi-country payroll concepts, tax setup, and wage rules

Responsibilities

• Own multi-country Dayforce payroll and time migration and direct the delivery partner
• Translate country-specific requirements into clear, actionable requirements
• Review configurations and sign-off before production to catch errors
• Own cutover, hypercare, and steady-state configuration across countries
• Coordinate with adjacent ERP workstreams to avoid timing conflicts
