Gardewine is hiring a Class 5 Parcel Driver for Dauphin, MB. Local pickups and deliveries, customer-focused service, and manual handling are core responsibilities. Expect home daily runs, Monday–Friday city/regional Manitoba routes, and required physical tasks such as lifting up to 100 lbs. Safety and professional conduct are emphasized.

The role supports a large trucking and logistics network with extensive terminals across North America and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability to work independently and manage deliveries.
• Proven freight handling ability and safety awareness.
• Professional mindset suitable for customer-facing roles.
• Experience with various pick up/delivery activities.

Responsibilities

• Complete local pickups and deliveries within the service area.
• Provide friendly, courteous service with strong interpersonal skills.
• Manual handling tasks: climb in/out of van, lift up to 100 lbs, push/pull up to 100 lbs.
• Handle home daily runs and city/regional Manitoba routes.
• Perform hand bombing and wheeling as required.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies.

Class 5 – Parcel Driver ( Dauphin, M.B. )

The Job

The Parcel Driver is responsible for completing various types of local pickups and deliveries in the service area. A successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills ensuring friendly and courteous service to all customers. The position will require physical demands such as climbing in/out of the van (up to approximately 40 deliveries/day); lifting up to 100 lbs; push/pull up to 100 lbs.; and load/unload freight.
