Job summary

Ceva Animal Health in Guelph is seeking a Sales Data Analyst to join our Commercial Team. You will organize, clean, and report data that informs decisions in marketing, finance, and sales, while contributing to pricing and market analyses.

With 2-4 years in data or reporting, strong Excel, and familiarity with SQL/Python/R/Power BI, you will drive insights, build dashboards, and support cross-functional collaboration on strategic pricing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a data, reporting, or business support role (internships or co-ops also count).
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, basic data analysis).
• Comfortable working with large data sets and learning new tools.
• Good organization and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Positive, collaborative attitude and interest in supporting teams across marketing and sales.
• Experience with tools like SQL, Python, R, or Power BI is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support Commercial Business by organizing, cleaning, and reporting data to inform marketing, finance, and sales decisions.
• Develop pricing insights, monitor market developments, and contribute to dashboard reporting.
• Ensure data reliability and accuracy across systems and tools.
• Prepare datasets for internal and external communication and monitor price strategies.
• Create dashboards and visuals to support decision-making and automate reporting processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and assist in data-driven strategic pricing initiatives.
