Job summary

407 ETR Concession Company Limited is seeking a Data Scientist to leverage customer and transportation datasets, creating insights on pricing, marketing, and customer travel behavior. You will design models, manage data, run queries, and collaborate with the Director of Data Science in a start-up minded environment.

Responsibilities include building pricing and loyalty models, segmenting customers, and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with Python, SQL, Tableau/PowerBI, AWS Sagemaker, MLFlow, Databricks and AWS cloud.
• A University degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
• Minimum 3-5 years working experience with data science techniques (cluster, regression, classification, anomaly detection).
• Strong experience building customer analytic models (targeting, propensity, price elasticity, attrition, lifetime value, churn, segmentation).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and analyze data to understand customer behavior from 407 ETR data and external sources.
• Build promotions, loyalty and pricing models and optimization in Databricks with Python.
• Analyze target customer groups for promotions and pricing programs.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis and modeling of data.
• Lead project-based work with stakeholders.
• Develop customer analytic models (targeting, propensity, LTV, churn, segmentation).
• Measure effectiveness of promotions using A/B testing and related methods.
• Explain complex models in common language to stakeholders.
• Support data storage planning for new customer data fields.
