Aviva Canada is seeking a Data Scientist to join the Commercial P&C Price Modelling & Sophistication team. You will build models and data-driven solutions to improve customer experience and support pricing decisions, spanning ideation, development, deployment, monitoring and continual improvement.

You will work on claims prediction, pricing insights, and automation, collaborating with Pricing and technology teams, with mentorship and opportunities to grow your technical expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience with machine learning and statistical approaches.
• 3+ years of model development experience.
• Proficient in Python with good software engineering practices.

Responsabilités

• Transform datasets into actionable conclusions and recommendations.
• Develop ML solutions for Commercial P&C Pricing and related initiatives.
• Contribute to end-to-end data science projects from planning to monitoring.
