Description

Data Quality Associate (Permanent, Part-time)

Location: The successful candidate must reside within three hours of Kawartha Financial Services' Regional Office in Peterborough, ON.

Hours: 28-32 hours per week, Monday to Saturday

Rate of Pay: $19.75 - $26.73 per hour

Compensation:

Compensation for this position is determined by skills, experience, and education. It is aligned with the locations market data, as well as internal equity. Candidates whose qualifications more closely align with the job requirements may be placed higher within the compensation range. Position Description:

As a Data Quality Associate, you will:

• Engage in phone conversations with members, ensuring members are comfortable providing the information required to update records.
• Aim to resolve and update all required data during one interactive interaction (call) with the member.
• Identify other member service opportunities or outstanding questions that require follow up by other Credit Union partners.
• Provide any referrals to branches or Contact Centre Associates for further products or services that enhance the member’s financial well-being.
• This role may also, at times, include administrative duties, data entry, staff communication (verbal and written), and other special sub-projects.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• One year in a front line banking role, or equivalent experience
• A minimum of one year experience in a customer service role within the financial services industry
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communications skills
