Job summary

Kawartha Credit Union Limited is seeking a Branch Ambassador in Peterborough, ON. This 20-24 hour per week position focuses on delivering exceptional member service and supporting branch operations.

You will assist members and non-members in person, by phone or electronically, and help educate them on new branch design and services. Our team values living-wage compensation, a strong benefits package, and opportunities for learning and development.

• Excellent customer service, organizational and sales skills required.
• Customer service or banking experience is an asset.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Duration: Approximately 12 months

Location: PeterboroughBranch

Hours: 20-24 hours per week, Monday to Saturday

Rate of Pay: $19.75 - $26.73 hourly

Compensation:

Compensation for this position is determined by skills, experience, and education. It is aligned with the locations market data, as well as internal equity. Candidates whose qualifications more closely align with the job requirements may be placed higher within the compensation range. Position Description:

As a Branch Ambassador, you will:

• Contribute to the success of the Credit Union by creating member loyalty and providing member service excellence
• Assist members and non-members in person, electronically or by telephone
• Direct members to an Advisor who can offer needs-based advice that will enhance their financial well-being
• Support members with routine transactions
• Educate members about our new branch design and new way of doing their banking
• Provide administrative support to lending and investment personnel

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Excellent customer service, organizational and sales skills
• Customer service or banking experience would be an asset
