Job summary

Kawartha Financial Services in Ontario is seeking a Branch Ambassador to deliver member service excellence. You will assist members and non-members in person, by phone or electronically, guide to an Advisor for needs-based advice, and support routine transactions while promoting our new branch design.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Excellent customer service, organizational and sales skills.
• Customer service or banking experience would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the success of the Credit Union by creating member loyalty and providing member service excellence
• Assist members and non-members in person, electronically or by telephone
• Direct members to an Advisor who can offer needs-based advice that will enhance their financial well-being
• Support members with routine transactions
• Educate members about our new branch design and new way of doing their banking
• Provide administrative support to lending and investment personnel

Job description

Hours: 24-28 hours per week, Monday to Saturday

Rate of Pay: $19.75 - $26.73 per hour

Compensation:

Compensation for this position is determined by skills, experience, and education. It is aligned with the locations market data, as well as internal equity. Candidates whose qualifications more closely align with the job requirements may be placed higher within the compensation range.
