Job summary

Jobtailor in Mississauga is seeking a detail‑oriented Data Quality and Questionnaire Specialist to set up and manage online data collection, including scheduling for in‑store representatives.

You will maintain the Excel Master Database, produce weekly and monthly reports for internal teams and clients, perform QA audits, identify data discrepancies, and collaborate with Client Service and Shared Services to optimize processes and data quality.

Qualifications

• Valid work permit for a minimum of one year from the start date.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Completion of a live Excel skills assessment.
• Previous experience in a retail or merchandising environment is an asset.
• Ability to sit for extended periods (6+ hours per day).
• Ability to use a computer (keyboard/mouse) for prolonged periods.
• Ability to lift and carry light items (20+ pounds).
• Ability to reach, bend, or stoop occasionally to access files.
• Ability to maintain focus and attention for long desk-based work periods.
• Ability to follow clear directions.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions consistently throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage online data collection questionnaires, including scheduling for in-store representatives
• Oversee and implement questionnaire updates with the Client Service Team to ensure timely and accurate deployment
• Conduct regular quality assurance audits and correct data issues
• Maintain and update the Excel Master Database, including store and product lists
• Produce and manage weekly and monthly Excel reports for internal teams and clients
• Identify data discrepancies, communicate findings to program leaders, and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with Client Service Team and Shared Services teams on cross-functional initiatives
• Address and resolve operational issues while balancing customer satisfaction with data quality requirements
• Develop, document, and share best practices, templates, analytical approaches, and reporting methodologies
• Contribute to special projects and administrative tasks assigned by management
