Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting.
• Advanced Power BI and Excel skills, including data modeling, visualization, and dashboard development.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and organizational skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
• CPG industry background preferred.
• Proficiency with syndicated data sources (Nielsen, Circana/IRI, Kantar), retailer portals, and SQL.
• Power BI PL-300 certification and strong client presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze POS, retail, shipment, and syndicated data to identify trends and business opportunities
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to clients, leadership, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure data integrity while supporting client reporting strategies, business reviews, and process improvements
