We are seeking an experienced Data Modeler/Analyst with 8 to 10 years of experience specializing in Data analysis, Profiling, Data Mapping, Snowflake SQL, ANSI SQL, EDA, and ERWin.

In This Role, You Will

1. Lead the development of Data Mapping through Data analysis and Profiling using Snowflake SQL and ERWin.
2. Design and optimize Snowflake SQL queries for efficient data retrieval and storage.
3. Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and insights for business decisions.
4. Use ERWin for data modeling and database design to ensure data integrity and consistency.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for Property & Casualty Insurance projects.
6. Develop and maintain documentation for data mapping, integration processes, and database schemas.
7. Ensure data quality and accuracy through testing and validation.
8. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
9. Stay updated with industry trends in data management and insurance domains.
10. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve quality.
11. Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues promptly.
12. Contribute to process and methodology improvements.

Required Skills

• Solid experience in CCM.
• Data Mapping & Integration using Snowflake SQL, ANSI SQL, EDA, and ERWin.
• Proficiency in data modeling and database design.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
