One of our companies is currently looking for a Data Analyst in Canada.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced team driving the transformation of a traditional industry through innovation and data. As a Data Analyst, you will work cross-functionally with product and revenue teams to improve customer experience, boost recurring revenue, and support smarter decision-making. You'll design experiments, analyze customer behavior, and turn raw data into actionable insights that guide product strategy and user engagement. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, deep empathy for customers, and a passion for making an impact.

Accountabilities:

• Deliver data-driven insights to help product and revenue teams acquire, retain, and better serve customers
• Define key performance indicators, build dashboards, and establish measurement frameworks
• Enable fast decision-making through ad hoc analysis and user-friendly self-service tools
• Design and evaluate A/B experiments to inform product decisions and feature development
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams as a strategic thought partner
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to a data-driven culture across the organization
  
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in analytics, preferably with focus on revenue, retention, or lifecycle in a B2B environment
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, with strong analytical and statistical skills
• BA/BS in a quantitative field (math, stats, engineering) or behavioral sciences with statistical expertise
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations that drive change
• Comfortable working independently and owning projects from start to finish
• Strong communication skills, particularly in cross-functional collaboration
• Bonus: Experience with Looker, Hex, DBT, and companies like Shopify, Uber, or Instacart
