Job summary

CBI Home Health in Toronto, ON is seeking a Manager, Data Infrastructure & Analytics to lead a team shaping data across the national Home Health portfolio. You will oversee data warehouse, ELT pipelines, and reporting to enable data-driven decisions for care, operations and outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience in data architecture and BI development, with ETL/ELT expertise, data governance, and cloud familiarity.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, and BI development.
• Experience designing, documenting, and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Familiarity with data governance practices and documentation of data lineage and logic.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize the data warehouse, ELT/ELT pipelines, and reporting infrastructure.
• Design, develop, and support Power BI dashboards, datasets, and self-service reporting solutions.
• Establish and maintain data governance practices, including documentation, data cataloguing, security management, and compliance standards.
• Provide operational support for reporting and analytics, including troubleshooting data issues and managing refresh schedules.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate reporting needs into KPIs and actionable solutions.
• Mentor and guide technical teams as the function grows.
