Payments Canada is seeking an Analyst, Technology Governance to drive data governance, GRC operations, and lifecycle frameworks. You will bridge technical systems and business accountability, ensuring data ownership, lineage, and policy alignment across divisions.

The role emphasizes auditing systems, mapping data flows, and maintaining a corporate data catalog while leveraging ServiceNow and Google Workspace for governance and reporting. Collaboration across stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Audits across organizational systems to map data lineage and establish data ownership.
• Analyze backend data ingestion, field headers, and map end-to-end data flows for robust reporting.
• Build, maintain, and translate data structures into clear organizational logic via data catalog and glossaries.
• Review technology policies and standards across pillars; mediate and resolve comments and conflicts.
• Own end-to-end tracking framework for process and vendor exceptions; document throughout review lifecycle.
• Manage governance documentation as a single source of truth with version control and backend sync.
