Altis Technology in Toronto is seeking a Data Business Analyst to join our global Data & AI team. The role focuses on data governance, data models, and metadata frameworks to support a modern data platform.

You will collaborate with data engineers, architects, product teams, and stakeholders across a growing global organization. We value strong English communication, a solid foundation in governance, and the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.

Competenze

• 25 years of experience in data governance, data management, or a related data-focused business analysis role.
• Strong hands-on SQL skills for data querying, analysis, and validation.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and data modelling requirements.
• Experience developing conceptual and logical data models, including source-to-target mapping and SQL/NoSQL data structures.
• Knowledge of metadata management, data stewardship, data quality frameworks, and enterprise data governance practices.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms, data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and DAMA-DMBOK principles is an asset.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; CBAP or a similar certification is considered an asset.
