Job summary

Fidelity Canada seeks a Data Governance Specialist to strengthen Master Data Management, data quality, and governance across enterprise data assets. You will partner with business and technology teams to deliver reliable master data and promote ownership and accountability.

You will define standards, support source-system onboarding, profiling, and resolution of data issues, while monitoring scores and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in IT/Business or equivalent.
4–5+ years in master data management and data governance.
Experience with glossary, metadata, data quality tools (Ataccama, Collibra, Informatica).

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain Master Data Management and governance practices.
Define data standards, ownership, stewardship, and governance processes.
Support onboarding, profiling, mapping, validation, and testing of source systems.
Coordinate resolution of master data issues with business and tech teams.
Monitor data quality scorecards, thresholds, and KPIs.
