Qualifications

• College diploma in Business Administration, Information Management, Supply Chain or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar data-entry role.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP/CRM systems is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain accurate customer, product, vendor, and other business information within enterprise systems.
• Ensure data entries follow established procedures, rules, and standards.
• Identify outdated or duplicate records and correct inaccuracies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies.
• Support data quality, readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
