Job summary

Agilus Work Solutions in Calgary is seeking a part-time Data Entry Clerk for a temporary role during an implementation. The position offers 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with some days up to 8 hours depending on workload.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of high-volume data entry experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel; data extraction, validation and import.
• Flexible availability; ASAP start.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and verifying data by referencing ticket numbers and records within the systems.
• Performing weekly time reconciliations between platforms to ensure accuracy.
• Providing ongoing administrative and project support to the Project Administrators.
• Assist with data integrity, issue tracking, and other administrative tasks to support the successful implementation and operation of the new systems.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and verifying data by referencing ticket numbers and records within the systems.
• Performing weekly time reconciliations between platforms to ensure accuracy.

Requirements

• 1+ year of high-volume data entry experience
• Intermediate to advanced user of MS Excel – able to extract, validate, and import data using Excel spreadsheets
• Flexible availability
• Available to start ASAP
