Job summary

Prime Data Centers in Canada is seeking a Controls Manager to oversee BMS, EPMS, and DCIM systems across its portfolio. You will lead incident response and optimization from a controls perspective.

The role involves coordinating with engineering, construction, procurement, commissioning, and operations teams to ensure mission-critical systems operate safely and efficiently. You’ll drive day-to-day controls operations, guide incident response, and champion standards and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Oversee BMS, EPMS and DCIM across multiple data center facilities.
• Lead incident response, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Provide technical guidance during equipment failures and emergencies.
• Develop and maintain operational documentation and change records.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of BMS, EPMS, and DCIM systems across multiple data center facilities.
• Ensure all control systems and monitoring platforms operate reliably and accurately.
• Lead troubleshooting and corrective action efforts for controls-related issues.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and integrators during implementation and maintenance.
