Data Center Critical Environment Technician (Night Shifts)

Job summary

Insight Global is seeking multiple Critical Environment Technicians to support one of our largest technology customers in maintaining datacenter infrastructure. You will monitor, inspect, and perform maintenance on critical systems, enacting SOPs/MOPs while upholding safety protocols and security requirements.

Role requires 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends when required; prior experience with equipment inspection, troubleshooting, and coordination with engineers is expected.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in mission-critical services or related environments.
• Experience writing/executing SOPs/MOPs/EOPs.
• Experience with building management systems (EPMS).
• Experience as equipment technician performing inspections and break-fix on equipment (generators, UPS, AHU, chillers, pumps).
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the critical infrastructure in datacenters.
• Perform monitoring, inspections, and routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot equipment and enforce safety and security requirements.
• Develop and maintain MSOW/MOPs/SOPs for operations.
• Coordinate with contractors and on-site personnel as needed.
