EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Data Analytics Principal/Director to partner with senior client executives in Financial Services. You will lead our Europe offerings, drive data transformation initiatives, and apply deep data and AI expertise along with strong consulting and delivery leadership.

In this role you will diagnose enterprise IT and data landscapes, build capabilities and teams, define cost models and governance, and deliver executive insights to CIOs, CFOs, and business leaders.

Qualifications

• Progressive data technology and consulting experience at senior levels (Sr. Manager/Director).
• Experience as trusted advisor to C-level executives in financial services; track record with cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Basel 2/3, BCBS 239, AML/AFC compliance frameworks and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement IT financial management models and FinOps capabilities.
• Define technology service costing and cost allocation models across portfolios.
• Lead workshops with CIOs/CFOs to translate costs into business value and KPIs.

This role combines deep data and AI technology knowledge, strong consulting acumen, and proven program/delivery management expertise. You will lead our Financial Services Offering portfolio in Europe, build capabilities and teams, and spearhead key client engagements.
