Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. Canada is seeking a QA automation engineer to design and execute tests across backend REST APIs and frontend systems for a Wealth Management platform.

You will build and maintain automation frameworks using Java and Selenium, and help transition the team from manual to automated testing at scale. You will integrate test suites with Jenkins, manage test data and environments, and collaborate in an Agile setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA experience with at least 3+ years in test automation development.
• Proficiency in Java as a core language with hands-on scripting and framework building.
• Experience integrating test suites with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and managing Git version control.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute functional, integration, acceptance, and regression test cases across back-end REST APIs and front-end systems for a Portfolio and Tax Management platform.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks using Java and Selenium, supporting smoke, functional, and regression testing during automation transition.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, ensuring DevOps alignment and quality standards.
• Manage test data, test environments, and script versioning via Git, delivering precise defect documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders within an Agile methodology and leverage AI tools to enhance testing.
