Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large-scale technology programs in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Direct background in Master Data Management (Syndigo/STIBO) with knowledge of retail product flows.
• Strong governance, financial management, estimation, and delivery accountability across enterprise applications.
• Experience coordinating distributed cross-functional teams and managing risks at program level.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Program Leadership: Own end-to-end lifecycle from discovery through deployment with governance.
• Cross-Functional & Vendor Orchestration: Coordinate BI teams, developers, QA, architects across environments.
• Governance & Financial Oversight: Manage sprint planning, backlog, milestones, budget, and metrics.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate executive governance reviews and communicate with leadership.
• Risk & Stakeholder Mastery: Identify risks, dependencies, blockers and escalate appropriately.
• Release & Change Management: Ensure quality, release readiness, issue resolution and user adoption.

In this role, you will oversee complex, cross-functional program delivery, align strategic roadmaps with business objectives, and orchestrate multiple workstreams to ensure seamless execution.
