About The Role

This is a Data Analyst (HR) position requiring strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a meticulous approach to reporting. The selected candidate will design and automate reports, support business analytics, and enhance operational dashboards. The role plays a vital part in supporting the business with timely insights and maintaining data integrity, especially in HR-related domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and automate operational reports and analytical dashboards.
• Deliver ad-hoc data insights based on business requirements.
• Verify, run, and dispatch scheduled reports; this may involve data extraction from multiple platforms.
• Assist with database setup and usage to support automated reporting.
• Write, optimize, and document SQL queries to support analysis and reporting.
• Standardize and enhance dashboards and reporting tools to drive actionable insights.
• Monitor and assess the impact of data or system changes on business requirements.
• Provide production support for launched dashboards and self-serve reporting tools.
• Participate in requirements analysis and translate business needs into technical reporting solutions.
• Maintain data confidentiality, especially when working with sensitive HR data.

• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• VBA for automation tasks
• Tableau for data visualization
• SQL for database querying

Must-Have Qualifications

• Experience in data extraction, mining, formatting, and production of reports
• Proficient in Tableau and Microsoft Office for visualizing and presenting data
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with relational databases (e.g., Teradata, MySQL, Oracle, DB2)
• Experience using vendor management systems (e.g., VNDLY, Beeline, Fieldglass)
• Ability to self-learn and adapt code to new tools or platforms
• Working knowledge of Python
  
  

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Reporting experience with Workday and Beeline
• Exposure to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools
• Familiarity with banking or HR systems such as HRIS, SAP, SuccessFactors, or ServiceNow
• Formal training in Workday or other HRIS platforms
