  • Participate in weekly online learning & development sessions
  • Cultivate marketing strategies across various digital platforms with training and support provided
  • Learn and apply lead generation techniques, conduct structured phone and video conferencing interviews, and qualify candidates
  • Facilitate the flow of information and decision-making with suitable candidates
  • Support onboarding processes and assist in the success goals of your team
