CFC in Canada is seeking an experienced cyber/tech claims professional to help launch and shape our Canadian Admitted Claims offering, handling a range of cyber and technology claims. You will partner with underwriting, finance, IT and product teams, and collaborate with external vendors to deliver timely, high-quality support to insureds.

• Proven experience handling complex cyber/tech claims.
• Strong understanding of claims processes, reserving, coverage analysis and litigation management.
• Experience working with brokers, policyholders and external vendors with focus on service.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and commercially minded with strong communication.
• Licensing for Canada or willingness to complete exams with CFC support.

• Manage a caseload of cyber/tech claims from first notice to resolution.
