Bevertec is seeking a contractor for a 12-month assignment in Downtown, ON with hybrid work. The candidate will design and build Cyara automation for IVR and contact flow validation, and perform functional and regression testing as part of the testing lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have strong hands-on Cyara experience, can design automated test scenarios, test IVR and contact centre flows, and participate in defect triage with delivery teams to resolve issues efficiently.

• Strong hands-on experience with Cyara.
• Design and build automated test scenarios using Cyara.
• Experience building Cyara automation beyond executing tests.
• Experience testing IVR and Contact Centre flows.
• Strong experience with functional and regression testing.
• Validate IVR and contact flow behaviour against defined requirements.
• Experience with defect identification, tracking, and triage.
• Participate in defect triage and work with teams to resolve issues.
• Analyze testing results and troubleshoot failed test scenarios.
• Strong communication and collaboration with technical delivery teams.
