Inland Machining Services in Calgary seeks a hands-on CWB Welding Supervisor to lead welding operations on the shop floor, ensure CWB compliance, and mentor welders. You will manage WPS, PQRs, and inspection records while maintaining quality standards in a small-team setting.

Qualifications

We’re a small, tight-knit shop looking for a CWB Welding Supervisor who knows their stuff and takes pride in quality work. If you’re hands-on, reliable, and not afraid to lead from the floor, this could be a good fit.

Requirements:

• Journeyman Welder (Red Seal preferred)
• Strong knowledge of CWB procedures, codes, and documentation
• Ability to supervise, train, and keep welders accountable
• Comfortable working in a small shop environment (you’ll wear a few hats)

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee welding operations and ensure CWB compliance
• Maintain and manage WPS, PQRs, and inspection records
• Support and guide shop welders to maintain quality standards
• Work alongside the team when needed (this isn’t a desk-only role)
