Job summary

Silent-Aire is seeking a Welding Manufacturing & Quality Supervisor to ensure full CWB compliance across all welding operations. You will lead audits, maintain WPS/PQR alignment, and drive corrective actions to strengthen accreditation while supporting safe production.

The role requires 5-7 years in welding quality control, supervision experience, and CWB tickets. You will collaborate with engineering and production to sustain compliance and continuous improvement across the shop floor.

Qualifications

Minimum 5-7 years in welding fabrication quality control.
Direct exposure to CWB-compliant operations.
Prior supervisory/leadership experience is required.
CWB Weld supervisor tickets is a must (Steel and Aluminum).
CWB-related certifications or substantial experience with CWB requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate quarterly CWB audits; develop audit plans and schedules; liaise with auditors.
Plan and conduct internal audits as required by CWB standards.
Identify, document, and own all audit findings; maintain nonconformance records.
Develop, implement, and track corrective actions to closure; verify effectiveness.
Maintain continuous audit readiness across all welding operations and related processes.
Own and report on KPIs such as CWB audit results/compliance scores and certification status.
