Job summary

Uline's Milton, ON location is seeking a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (English/French). You will build customer relationships, provide solutions and deliver legendary service, using our training and tools to succeed.

This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6 PM, and involves handling orders, answering product questions, and assisting customers by phone, email and chat while growing your career with a family-owned company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but training provided.
• Bilingual English/French; fluent in both written and spoken forms.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle inquiries using world-class technology.
• Be a product and solutions expert; respond to product, pricing and shipping questions quickly.
• Build business relationships with customers via phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
