Uline, a family-owned company and North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is hiring a bilingual Customer Support Specialist (English / French) at the Milton, ON location. You will build customer relationships, provide solutions and deliver legendary service in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role offers pay from CAD 35 to 40 per hour with strong earning potential, regular hours Monday–Friday 9:30 AM to 6 PM, on-site benefits, and extensive

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but training is provided.
• Bilingual (English / French) – fluent in both written and spoken forms.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle inquiries using world-class technology.
• Be a product and solutions expert! Respond to product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
• Build business relationships with customers via phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
