Job summary

Uline is hiring a bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/French) for the Milton, ON branch. This full-time, on-site role offers a pay range of $35 to $40 per hour and strong training to support long-term career growth.

You will process orders, answer product questions, and build relationships via phone, email and chat, delivering legendary service and solving customer needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Bilingual English/French, fluent in both verbal and written forms.

Full-Time Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM to 6 PM.

Minimum Requirements

• Bilingual (English / French) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
